Human-pose estimation under robot-safety constraints
The thesis examines body-keypoint estimation as richer input for human–robot separation monitoring. The repository abstract discusses false-result rejection, individual measurement-error bounds, noise and real-time constraints. It explicitly frames these as obstacles to safety-critical use, so improved pose estimation must not be equated with an already qualified replacement for protective sensing.
