Testing Robot System Safety by creating Hazardous Human Worker Behavior in Simulation

This simulation method searches for hazardous worker behaviors instead of testing only the nominal workflow. Workflow restrictions, deviation priorities and a risk metric guide the search in an arm/mobile-robot scenario. It helps design challenge cases; simulation coverage does not establish a complete hazard analysis.
